My roof in my apartment has leaked over 30 times and is now just a mash up of duct tape and garbage bags. They promise the world and give you nothing. I cant mail my rent because it always "goes missing". Business is never open and if you do ever walk in they have the worst attitude until you pull out money then they ask for more. During covid they raised my rent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used this company to rent my first apartment after moving out of my parents house. WORST DECISION MADE. Although it may be cheap, the complexes are old and need renovations desperately. The second day I moved in I was blamed for clogging the sink drains with oil and no matter how many times you clean and exterminate, there will always be a roach infestation that no one cares about. Management never do anything and truly don’t care about their tenants.

This property management company is a nightmare. If you're fortunate enough to be reading this review (and the others) prior to signing a lease with them, DO NOT SIGN. The person who said to run, not walk away was right. Steer clear of these criminals. Find an apartment anywhere else if you're able to do so, because if you don't, they will do everything in their power to steal from you. They're withholding my security deposit on the grounds that I was uncooperative when the super and broker contacted me to gain access to show the apartment, which is simply a lie. The super and broker did not make any effort to contact me to gain access, since if they had, I would have gladly granted them access. They are straight-up lying and trying to bully me out of this money, moreover, at a time when

Run, don't walk away. These people bought the building my parents have lived in for 47 years. All sorts of bugs, rodents, old burners that do not provide adequate heat or hot water, building is not painted or cleaned, super has other jobs and is severely underpaid, does his best to keep up, apartments are illegally divided and rented to unsavory characters. It is so very sad what they have allowed the place to become after 7 years of ownership. Slumlords!! This wouldn't allow me to post no stars!

If you find yourself considering a lease run by ace management, please reconsider. The properties are poorly managed and the landlords will do as little as possible to help. In my 3 years in an apartment at the address 3685 Shore Parkway, the bathroom flooded several times. On one occasion the flooding filled the entire apartment. There was human waste throughout and the management company didn't pat for any professional cleaner. As a result there was mold growing in the apartment which caused us to get sick. We've killed countless mice and roaches in our apartment. There is no exterminator servicing this building. The building is heated by steam with very old pipes, the apartment was on the ground floor and the pipes got so hot under the floor, some areas were too hot to walk on. These ar
