As a first time home buyer Jerry really went above and beyond in walking me and my now Husband through how to check on things and tips on house maintenance. Not only did he show me the ins and outs of the entire home, walking me through everything while explaining to me what he was looking for. He also gave me some great tips on some easy home improvements I could do to make everything that much better. You don’t have to worry about trying to remember it all as the inspection report was not only very thorough, but included pictures and details of everything we talked about. I had a great experience all around using Accurate Home Inspection. Jerry showed up on time and began an extremely thorough inspection, spending a good amount of time in each room, fully documenting every flaw, be it minor or major with photos. Being a young first time home buyer, I do not know what I should be looking for, or how to fix the problems he found. I cannot say enough good things about Accurate Home Inspections. When we had to find a home inspector, I had a handful of fliers from different companies and was a little overwhelmed.
