Allan was very thorough and did a comprehensive inspection of the house we were purchasing. When one of the issues could not be resolved by the seller by the time Allen arrived for his follow up, he came back a third time after the work was completed to review it and ensure it was done properly. He was very responsive terms of scheduling appointments, as well as answering questions I had about the report and the repairs. I would recommend him highly.

We did the standard house inspection. This was our first time buying a home and we felt like Allan did a great job. He arrived early, did a thorough inspection of the house and answered our questions. He was very reasonably priced in his home inspection, which was a bonus for us.

Alan and Patricia are amazing. They are consist, professional and thorough. I have been using them for years with no complaints.

The problems i am having in my home i might as well to have not even do an inspection. Will not recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money.
