I work with many associates in my line of work, and unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Communication is extremely poor. Months go by without any response, and when they finally reach out to ask if I still need assistance, there is no follow-up afterward. I’m not sure what is going on, but the lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and very disappointing.

Accounting Edge was recommended to us and we've been with them two years! We have a great property manager and we appreciate the professionalism of the Owner/Manager and support staff. The knowledge of the new reserve laws to prepare us for our Annual Budget meeting has been essential and appreciated! We are in good hands!

Welcome to the world of bureaucracy. This company does not do anything right. You owe them $10 and you're on vacation for 3 months, you might end up receiving legal notices and have to pay hundreds. Obviously, they will never call you or send you an email. Sending notices from their communication center (who knows where it's located?) is pretty much the only thing they would do to communicate with you. That's so wrong. I am feeling sorry for the elderly people who cannot log on to the portal. And if the HOA owes you money, you might never know about it. So dishonest.
