I couldn’t be happier with the level of dedication, professionalism, and care they consistently provide to the property and its residents. Their commitment truly makes a difference. Greetings; This is Mr. & Mrs. Archer. We are on the 3rd floor. We were one of the few who moved in at the beginning when the doors first opened. Our experience since being here have been Great! Relocating to Acclaim at Greenbrier without ever stepping foot inside has undeniably been the best decision we’ve ever made. As retired military personnel, we have traversed countless places, but the extraordinary care, warmth, and joy we have discovered here have truly reassured us that we have found our home! Jean Bailey has gone above and beyond in every aspect. She created insightful videos of the unit we were considering, meticulously took measurements, and answered our questions with boundless patience and enthusiasm. Understanding my ADA requirements, the team promptly installed bathroom bars in both the shower and next to the toilet, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring our comfort. My granddaughter sent us an email in October 2024 that the Acclaim would be opening in January 2025. After looking at all the amenities online, we decided to call to check it out. We were living in Florida at the time and were unsure how soon our home would sell. But, Cindy (the leasing agent at that time) was so pleasant and helpful, she assured us we had some time. After we applied and were approved, I know I drove Cindy crazy with all my questions-everyday!!! She was so gracious and patient we felt welcomed even before we sold our home. Well, our home sold in 9 days and we were so excited to move back to Chesapeake and into the Acclaim. Life here has been an adventure. We’ve met so many new friends! Unable to feel valued as a customer; have been paying rent before deadline; in November 2025 my account was erased from the system. The office person had to reinvite me in system. As I was reregisting bank account I erroneously left one number off. Consequently was charged late fee and NSF .transaction never reached bank. Spoke with corporate office & local office: no consideration was given. I had been a tenant for almost a year consequently due to aging I felt I was only valued financially. I am relocating now because lease is up.
