Please new renters be advised that they do have a towing company on call who comes every single night. This information will not be on your lease at all. You’ll find out when you least expected. I unfortunately due to some financial issues I was not able to take my car in for inspection etc. This weekend I made an apt to get the inspection ( finally was able to get extra cash), but they don’t care at all. When I just moved here there was 1- no towing company here 2- when it started it was literally out of the blue. So now I would have to use what I saved up to get my car back and have to find a way to get my inspection and any other repairs done with no money. Fix the Illegal Dumping problem! What an eye sore to see furniture and trash piled up from people who don’t even live here! Put in a gate at each end of the property to fix this! Assign clickers. Ashburn is one of the nicest cities in Northern Virginia. The dumping at our trash locations makes it look very ghetto. Best regards.

Living in Acclaim at Ashburn has been a great experience. Because of the best team of Leasing office the journey has become so comfortable, Special thanks to Mr. Philip for the great customer service and excellent behavior. Whenever I call for any emergencies or any kind of service regarding the apartment I got immediate response. That is the best I could ask for. Great manners and services. I lived here from 2005-2010. My rent started at $800+ and when I moved out it was $1100. I loved my 2 bd/1.5 bathroom apartment. Never had a bug problem. Some maintenance issues but that’s to be expected with any apartment. The only thing I didn’t like was their income-restricted policy and shady rent hikes. What I mean is that I would sign a 12-month lease at a fixed rate. Then, 6 months later I received a notice stating the rent was going up and had to sign a new lease. That should be illegal. Why have tenants even sign a lease when you’re going to raise the rent whenever you feel like it?? That’s the unfortunate downside to being a renter: you really have no rights. Whenever I call for any emergencies or any kind of service regarding the apartment I got immediate response from Mr. Phillip, he makes it so easy for us.
