This agency is supposed to be in charge of my subdivision (Heritage Place) and nobody is enforcing the bi-laws rules and regulations set by the HOA grass is out of control well beyond the city ordinance of 9” the grass is supposed to be cut on a regular basis ie: once every 7 days and it’s supposed to be weed free and watered on a regular basis. And edging along the driveway and curb and no trash/recycling bins to be left out in visible sight from the road the renters at 1119 Madison has had there bins in the road for the past (4) months and there is a MAXIMUM of (2) two hours of parking in the streets yet NONE of these issues are being addressed by THIS agency Don’t expect ME to pay the annual fee for you’re lack of responsibility to enforce the HOA rules and bi-laws AS REQUIRED by the St

Accent is a shady realty company . do not ever rent from them run 🏃🏾. and if you decide to rent from them, make sure you get everything in writing, do not trust anything 🤨,that comes out of their mouth. They are just all about the money. .just to get you to sign . on the dotted line.And not thinking about keeping their places up . And don’t rent any of their places . unless you see it yourself , do not believe them. Do not let them send any pictures to you. Go physically to the place .and see it and check it out yourself.. And if they tell you . that you can go into a short term lease, that’s a lie you can’t. You will move into your place . without them cleaning it up. That’s in their rules. you are responsible for cleaning their place .🤔 when you move in . also they will nickel and dime

I rarely write reviews but I feel this one may serve as a cautionary tale - After viewing a home, I checked in w/ a staff member who checks out the keys & simply asked if the home was still available. I was assured it was & I applied right away. I was communicated w/ the next morning that an application had already been accepted & I needed to come pick up my applications & money orders. The money orders were made out to Accent Services. I asked her if she could ask her supervisor to cash them & return my money. She went in the back & spoke to her supervisor & I immediately hear a very loud and Stern NO! She comes back to the front desk & tells me “She said no but she’ll be out in a minute to speak to you.” I told her she may want to mention to the staff in the back that you can overhear ev

Very unhappy with the Owner of Accent Reality, the Landlord (also the owner) and Property Manager (also the owner). You better have a good lawyer on your side before dealing with the "Owner" of Accent Reality. I never, in my entire life met someone as condescending, or as nasty as Bill Jones! You've been warned. This company is incapable of executing any followup they claim they're going to do. We intentionally got behind on our dues when the president of our HOA was handling everything and likely embezzling the money. He eventually realized people were getting wise to that and handed over control to Accent. We paid up our past due dues pretty quickly at that time. At some point before that, there was a lien put on our home by the HOA.That was more than 2 and a half years ago. Accent has never removed the lien and everyone I've spoken to with them has stated it should no longer be on there. I have been trying to get them to take care of this since October 1st.
