I’ve lived here a little over a year and so far my experience has been great. From day one, the leasing team has been outstanding. Britney, Tiara, and Kaylen are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of — every question is answered quickly, and any request is handled with genuine professionalism. The community itself is peaceful, and very well-maintained. My apartment is spacious, modern, and truly feels like home. I also love how convenient the location is, with easy access to everything in the Brier Creek area. Overall, Accent Brier Creek has exceeded my expectations. Living at this apartment community has truly been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained — it really feels like home. The staff here goes above and beyond in every way. Brittany, Tiara, and the entire leasing team have been nothing short of incredible! They are always professional, respectful, and genuinely care about their residents. From my first tour to my time living here, the communication has been excellent, and everyone has been so helpful and understanding. Maintenance is also top-notch — every time I’ve needed something, they’ve responded quickly, often within 24 hours, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I’ve lived here for almost half a year and it’s a great and clean place. Some down sides I wish were upgraded would be the gate that’s very loud when shut closed as it can be irritating and the parking lot that doesn’t do justice for the amount of residents here and for those who have guests. I wish it was bigger so that I didn’t have to worry about if I was going to find parking every time I leave without having to park on the other side of where my building is. Other than that the staff is very attentive and responsive as well as maintenance.

The big reason I’m giving this complex a 5 star review is because of one of their employees: Kaylen Rorie. She has been so attentive and helpful with all of my questions, as I am a new resident. She even helped me flip one of my breakers that I was having trouble with. She shows true customer service and clearly is incredible at her job!

I really love living here! The community is welcoming and well cared for, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The apartments are modern, bright and spacious, with plenty of amenities. It’s a great place to come home to — highly recommend!
