This is our first time working with this lender, and it's pretty good so far. The portal is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. A huge shout-out to our AE, James Cappello—he’s incredibly helpful, always just a call away, and provides the support we need every time. The same goes for Katie McLeod, Non-Del CR Manager—she has guided us through the process with so much kindness and patience. The underwriting review does take up to 48 hours, which feels a little slow compared to others, but with the level of support we’ve received, it truly balances out. Overall, an excellent experience with a team that goes above and beyond!

The lender fee's were higher than expected and transcripts were ordered 4 times due to errors, still trying to see if this has funded because we cant find it on the portal but this was the first time i used this company so it was a learning curve for us too. But the staff was great and the pricing was good too.
