My initial impression upon touring the property was that the grounds are well maintained, flower beds are colorful, pool was sparkling, and the office was well decorated and clean. After renting my townhouse, I began cleaning to unpack and was surprised to find the unit significantly cleaner than expected. The plumbing under the sinks is brand new, the air conditioner works very well, the laundry room is well lit, climate controlled and clean. My dishwasher was not working properly but maintenance had a brand new Whirlpool delivered and installed within 2 days. The complex is quiet, surrounded by large oak trees, with lots of shade and a sense of privacy in the heart of the city. The employees (namely, Fanny) are exceptional in every way. Not only are they truly some of the absolute friendliest, kindest, most helpful, attentive, courteous, & compassionate office staff that you could ever hope for but the pool, the apartments & townhouses, along with the spacious backyard patios make this aptmt complex a wonderful place to call home. It's also located in a very nice, safe, secluded neighborhood which is another huge plus as well 💯👌🏽💯

This is an awesome place to live. MRS FANNY is hands down the most kindest, understandable, compassionate, and si much more property manager I've meet since moving to Calcasieu Parish along with the maintenance guys. Mr. Cowboy is very punctual and always have a great sense of humor. The place is quiet and the neighbors watch out for one another. 🤝🤝👐💯💯😚

Noisy. I live in the bottom apt. The management hasn't done much about the noise level above me. Not much on the contract about noise. I've complained so many times. Nothing has been done

Best apartments I’ve lived in so far. Staff is amazing, maintenance is 10/10 stars alone, and the area is quiet. Only complaint I can think of is there’s no washer and dryer hookups, but there’s on site laundry and it’s a price i’m willing to pay. Excellent place to live.
