Highly recommend Academy Mortgage, and specifically Matt Hannon who I worked with, ESPECIALLY for first time home buyers. I am a first-time home buyer and was very intimidated by the process at first. I went with Academy Mortgage at the advice of my realtor as well as friends who had used their services. Matt was super responsive and quickly answered all my questions, and was available via text which was hugely helpful for me. He promptly ran numbers/estimates on the fly for all properties I was interested in, and alerted me whenever there were fluctuations in National interest rates so I was never surprised/always knew my budget when browsing homes. He also had all my documents ready for me on-time or earlier than expected so the whole process felt seamless.

I can't say enough great things about the Academy Mortgage team that has helped us with our construction loan and permanent loan refinance. In particular, Alyssa Beller and Shelby McDonald have been absolutely AMAZING! They are both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. I was impressed with how responsive they both were to my every question or concern. Building a home at times is stressful and full of surprises, but they both made the financing process a breeze. I have already recommended a co-worker to Academy.

Alyssa's team is the best in the business. Shelby made the process so seamless and easy from beginning to end. Academy Mortgage Corporation is the best in the business. They have been taking care of my needs for the last five years. From new construction loans to refinancing. I just want to say thank you so much for taking care of all my financing needs.

Alyssa did amazing work for us. We couldn't possibly be happier. Our realtor tried to convince us to change to another person that they knew better for a mortgage lender. But we stuck with Alyssa and were very glad we did. Everything happened fast, and before deadline and we got our house without complications! We were on the house search off and on for several years and she was so helpful through the whole thing, whenever we needed another approval letter to make an offer on a home, she was quick to respond, and that was super important in this market.

Matt and Bill were awesome. They took the time to explain things to us. There were a lot of Hurdles we had to jump through and Matt was right by our side the whole way helping us through them. The staff were always so pleasant and welcoming. Buying a new home can be very stressful but with Academy mortgage they made our prosses smooth. We never felt like a Client, it was more like a friend! This is a very Professional, Dedicated and Carrying Company that Absolutely knows what they're doing!
