Acaciawood Village Senior Apartment Homes

I’ve lived here a year. The cockroach problem still persists even after 6 treatments, I suspect the building is infested. I’m finally moving and have to throw out most of my belongings. Construction has been going on the entire time, the noise level is insane. It’s as though they refuse to acknowledge people live here, they just do whatever they want. They provide 48 hour entry notices and state they’ll be here in 8 hours, maybe. The parking is woefully inadequate. I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I have a family member who lives there and there facilities (Washers) have not been working for months. They also do not have maintenance person or staf to tend to issues the tenants have and are being told to fix it themselves if they can. Really. The so called manager there is incompentant of managing a complex for seniors and apparently does not care that this is a senior living housing. Who does that. Think twice before you live here you will end up having a major headache trying to get things done as they don’t get done

Not , good the onsite Manager Sandra Harris isn't trustworthy she does what she wants Goes , inside apartments when the residents are not home .she is Rude ,to majority of the residents for no reason.Disrespectful .lied to get me Put Out 3 more months would've been a YEAR .Had ,me change dates ,on my move out notice which came back to hurnt me latter My $132:renters insurance money order she never mailed it to Deans and Homers she Claimed it got lost in the mail How when you didn't mail it emailed the application got policy I was supposed to do it myself she act.like she was doing right don't let her mail anything for you

I lived here for 3 years and found the staff friendly and helpful
