Acacia Park Apartments

I can’t say don’t move here but judging by the cameras wrapped around the cameras, the entrance and exit, the service of the staffs and the fact that we still haven’t received our mandatory refundable deposit back we had to place in order to apply I would say don’t even go tour this place! We seen the quality of the building the quality of the staff and the reviews and we decided we wanted no parts. They said they would send a check for $485 and it still hasn’t showed. We applied in December it’s February, we never moved there never even had our applications processed and they even tried to change the date of move in to what they initially said which made us want to run even more! This place a raunchy all the way down to their application process. Run from this place.

Stoped by a few weeks ago to tour the place. GPS took me to the side entrance which had no parking. I called the office and the girl that answered came off kind of smart ass-ish when I told her all guest parking was take and where I could park. Her response was “aaaahhhhhh…well you can just park anywhere!”. She then realized I was at the “wrong” gate and advised where to go. I wasn’t greeted in the office, I met with someone outside. I didn’t mind it at first but then I noticed that she seemed to be in a hurry. I asked her what the sq footage was and what was available as we walked to the model unit. I have lived here for 2 years and have had nothing but problems. The cameras are disconnected. The cables are wrapped around a tree disconnected. They don’t know who enters or leaves the apartments . I have a car stolen from here. My truck crash several times . Both my cars broken into. When you make any complain to the office they don’t care . Even the night security doesn’t care. No one respects the parking also . Would NOT recommend anyone moving here .

This place is honestly a joke. Parking is completely out of control, there used to be assigned spots, but now it’s a free-for-all. People parked in my spot, and when I confronted the issue, I mysteriously ended up with a popped tire the next day. Recently, someone even broke into my car and stole my wallet.( security ain’t doing nothing) On top of that, my apartment has flooded twice from water heater and pipe issues( horrible pipe issues), leaving me with damaged carpet and flooring. They had people “fixed” the carpet twice, but it’s still coming up. For the flooring, they expected me to move ALL my furniture outside in the heat, while I work night shifts and have a cat, which is completely unreasonable.Then there are the bugs and ants, which are nonstop. This place is getting bad. They change the parking structure. I pay for parking and I have to park outside the gate even though I have a parking permit on my window. Yet I have photos of over 30+ vehicles that don’t have it. Get it together. Paid security is a joke. Can’t report vehicles on your own. Like why did I even pay for another year
