As an owner/investment group, Acacia Capital is ultimately responsible for the conditions, service quality, and management practices at its communities — and the current situation reflects severe negligence and lack of accountability. Despite repeated attempts to resolve issues through their on-site management partner, residents receive no transparency, no escalation paths, and no ownership accountability.
