Absolutely unbelievable experience. These guys went above and beyond at every step. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent, everyone on the team was friendly, and they took the time to answer every single question I had without making me feel rushed. They even traveled to my home for convenience and personally drove to the courthouse to file a deed that needed to be handled separately. That level of service is rare. If you’re looking for a title company that truly cares and takes ownership of the process, these are your people. Highly recommend.

They were facilitating a home purchase and they prepared the contract. Bill did take time to speak with us on the phone and answer questions, but ultimately we should have used a real estate agent for the contract. I'm sure they do a great job 99% of the time, but we felt there was a lack of attention to detail and timely communication that a real estate transaction requires. I did speak with them and they graciously accepted feedback.
