Abrams Run Apartment Homes

I have not been very diligent about writing reviews. But this year, I'm going to write one a week so everyone is recognized for the work they do to make this a pleasant place to live. After I choose an apartment , sign my lease and move in, the people I count on most is the maintenance team. I don't want to deal with things falling apart, appliances not working etc. and I do not want to wait around for days to get something repaired. That's why I sold my home. I cannot speak highly enough about Karl as a worker and his core beliefs Whenever I submit a maintenance request, Karl arrives promptly , he is professional and friendly. We had a pleasant stay here in Abrams Run apartments from 2023-2025. We liked the apartments here and never had any issues reaching out to leasing office or the maintenance staff. They were friendly and provided quick help in handling the maintenance issues . Very close to King of Prussia mall, Wava, Home Depot, Walmart and other stores. Had to move out due to job relocation otherwise would have continued here for more time. Based on my experience, would definitely recommend to someone who wants to move in here.

This is one of the best apartments we have lived before. Apartment amenities and aesthetics of the community are well maintained by the service team. Service requests are either addressed on the same day or resolved by next business day. Manager and the leasing expert are very helpful with any issues we faced during our stay in the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Stop by to see this property while traveling for my son’s birthday. Lyn was AMAZING! A really great representation of what Morgan Properties stands for. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant and I am glad to have toured the community with him!

If I could give Abram's Run a -0, I would. Before moving in, I made it very clear to Lyval, one of the leasing agents, that I had a deep fear of rodents. I specifically asked if there had been any pest issues. He assured me the property had been rodent-free for over a year and that the building I’d be living in had no problems. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. From day one, I started noticing tiny black specks around the apartment. Having never dealt with anything like that before, I didn’t realize they were mouse droppings. Then came scratching sounds in the walls. At first, I chalked it up to typical apartment noise, but it became more frequent and impossible to ignore.
