Not a good experience. A property became available for rent with a 02/19 availability date. I put my application in and on their website, states that applications are reviewed within 3-4 business days. An entire week went by with no update for my application and was told it wasn’t even reviewed. I also asked two questions about the unit via email that were ignored by the leasing agent. I then called to book a tour for the unit and was met with an unenthusiastic response and time and a heads up that the availability date probably won’t be until 03/01 (10 days past the date stated on their website). I showed up at the time given to me for the tour and after standing in the rain several minutes after my given time, had to call back and was told I can’t be shown the unit because there is no po

Aborn Properties was my property manager for more than three years. I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. As a tenant, I appreciated their quick response time and attention to detail. My contact was Joi and she was always very friendly and willing to help without being intrusive or annoying. Rent payments were facilitated by an easy and immediate online payment system which meant I didn't have to send a rent check a week in advance. The return of the deposit was fair, timely, and well detailed. My experience with Aborn was first-rate and I would highly recommend them.

Aborn properties has been my rock and reliable support for my needs as a fledgling landlord. They have handled all my tenancy needs, including legal concerns (evictions, etc.), and have been a great resource and source of information and advice. I've been using them for about 4 years now, and have absolutely no complaints. I have not only used them in dealing with a cast of tenants, but also. used them a few years back to serve as my real estate agent when purchasing my personal home (which I have been quite happy with). I'm surprised I'm the first to rate them on here, as I know they have services many, many happy clients locally for probably a few decades. I highly advise thinking of Aborn if you are a property owner looking for help!

It was a very seamless experience moving in, a great experience with the few maintenance requests I had during my time with Aborn and a very smooth and quick process when I moved out. We have been renting our home through Aborn for six months. Our experience has been great! Our property manager, Joi, is easy to communicate with and has addressed all issues brought to her attention in a timely and professional manner. We've had several contractors in the home for repairs including pest control, pool service, lawn care, appliance repair, and general maintenance. All have treated us and our home with courtesy and professionalism.
