Will has been amazing with assisting in my air conditioner not working!! He came out on a Sunday with a temporary fix until the unit can be fixed. He has been very helpful especially with it being so hot! I really appreciate everything he is doing and has already done!

I hired this property management company with the expectation that they would balance the interests of both tenants and property owners. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. They Denied an active duty military E6 that receives monthly basic allowance for housing and no evictions on a $1,200 apartment. Because credit score was about 15 points lower than what they wanted. I also make 5x more than the monthly rent , even if have bad credit they knew i could pay the rent here
