Able Property Management

I personally would not recommend any person (especially under the age of 25 or of color) to come here to find a future home. To be judged that way and dismissed so coldly felt extremely uncomfortable for me. Especially to see the younger opposed looking lady to be treated with such hospitality. I usually don't leave reviews but the way mannerism is conducted is so morally wrong. Hopefully the young ladies in the front will wake up one day and choice to represent the company they work for with grace, kindness, and some type of integrity.

I’ve only been renting from this company for 2 weeks and it has been the worst property management company I’ve worked with when it comes to the maintenance. They were on top of the move in and taking my $4k, but the day I moved in, I noticed the sink didn’t work and then shortly after, I discovered I couldn’t run the dish washer because the sink doesn’t work. I also informed them that 1 stove burner only works, I never received the mailbox key, the gate code to get into the gates (gates community), or the pool key. I’ve been in contact with them 3x now and nothing!! Horrible management :( I’m super bummed because I was really excited about this property.

Honestly, probably one of the most unwelcoming places I've ever been. The front desk staff were immediately dismissive towards me, almost to the point where it felt like discrimination. To be a company that is supposed to comply with the Equal Housing Opportunity it does not seem as though they are. This isn't the first I've experienced this behavior or other people that look like myself. If anyone knows of the proper place to report this consistent discrimination please let me know. It's unfair to go unnoticed forever.

These people are beyond rude. Some tenant's money is more important than other tenant's. This company has multiple offices in Kern county; hence, it's not a very small property management company that can't afford to train its staff on simple etiquette, human relations, answering the phone. A very insolent staff assembly. No option for below zero star rating.

Hello I put a deposit down for $1,000 towards ------ Street property about a month ago on September 12th 2023 , I was told it would take about a week to be ready and still no call or update as of today October , 7 , 2023 and I have called and got no answer or set date to move in. I have called the maintenance # you gave me but no answer. It would be nice to know if your management team cared enough to find out what is my exact move in date or when should the apartment be ready. I have not got a call or update and I placed the deposit on September 12 2023. I have contacted your office numerous times but no definitive answer or understanding has been established. I do need an update at the least from your management team on when the property ------------- will be available for me t
