I am sharing my experience of my first apartment I ever leased for 13 months. I was recommended to this apartment by a close friend who lived there previously. I had a bit of a weird moving in experience as I was moving in from a halfway house that refused to let me go view the apartment prior to leasing, so I took the chance and paid a new rental history fee and some other fee and moved into an apartment I never seen. Luckily it was a pretty nice apartment for $970~ all included for a 13 month lease. Id say during December 2024 it iced over really bad and my washing machine and dishwasher broke, I was so confused because I barley lived there for a month, and being a first responder at the time I was hardly ever home and if I was I was sleeping. The property stays spotless, the amenities are top-tier, and the overall vibe is peaceful but lively at the same time. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and super well-maintained—everything from the finishes to the layout is quality. The location is also perfect, close to shopping, food, and entertainment. Honestly, everyone should check this place out before making a move. You can tell they actually care about the residents here. Highly recommend!

Move-in was not only smooth but also quick and easy, thanks to David. He gave me a great move-in offer and even made it possible for me to move in almost a week earlier than planned. The area is nice and affordable, and the interiors are well-kept. So far, maintenance has been quick and responsive. I was a bit concerned at first after seeing some negative reviews, but my experience so far has been completely positive. I hope I continue to enjoy my stay here.
