I recently had the misfortune of renting from a landlord who absolutely exceeded the limits when it came to rent prices and blatantly neglected the maintenance of their properties. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had as a tenant. First and foremost, the rent prices charged by this landlord were exorbitant. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of their tenants, without considering the financial strain it would put on us. It's disappointing to see a landlord prioritize profits over the well-being and affordability of their tenants. Apart from the outrageous rent, the lack of maintenance was another major issue. I had no intention of writing a Google review about this company based on my experience tonight everyone who is even considering renting from this place should do yourself a favor and run. I never understood how people have a business and lack professionalism. My husband and I lived here for 4 years, first 2 years wasn't bad. Relatively new building, gym and laundry hookup in our apartment. It seems like after that second year something changed. There was literally mice everywhere. We reached out by text to the super and also sent an email to management with no response. Somehow when it came to our rent checks (that were sent out as an automatic bill payment) directly from our account that got an immediate response. I’ve been a tenant at my current residence for approximately 6 years of course I’ve had my fair share problems but nothing too dramatic. Most recently I requested multiple repairs including a new refrigerator , paint, floor repairs, closet door repair and new bathroom sink. Eric from the maintenance teams made this process a breeze. He sent a repairman out the next business day to check my refrigerator which was indeed broken. Eric scheduled a new refrigerator delivery in no time. Not only did I get a new refrigerator my refrigerator was upgraded from white to stainless steel to match my stove. Eric checked in multiple times to ensure that everything was going according to the plan , he even checked in a week later to ensure that there was no problem with the repairs and new refrigerator
