More than a transaction . From the day we met Abe at an open house he has gone out of his way to help us through the process of buying our new home. Even though we didn't buy the house he was showing, he listened to what we were looking for and went to work. He found a house that matched all of our desires and then some. Helped us through the negotiation process and got us a great deal. Not only did he help us with the purchase, he also has helped us with learning the neighborhood, finding some great restaurants, and advice on other services we were looking for. Effective and Professional. We chose Abe because of the results of our research. It established that he was selling more homes in our community than any other agent. It proved to be a very good choice. Our home was under contract in less than two weeks. We closed in less than six weeks. Abe was always responsive and prompt.
