Abby Ridge Apartments

I moved in and my apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The toilet is stopped up. Closet doors not even put up, blinds too small in the rooms and roaches meeting you at the front door. It looks like they didn’t even paint the apartment(unsanitary) stains and marks on the walls and doors(gross).

These people stole my rent deposit like my husband literally dropped the money orders off in the office to the manager Isha’s office to be exact and they were cashed they refunded 300 of it then told us they not gonna refund the rest of the money they basically told us they didn’t receive it after telling us wait 6weeks!!!! We waited and then the manager ms Howard let us down as well hanging up in our face and saying it’s nothing they can do about it saying the checks weren’t wrote out to them and they never received after already validating the theft!!!!! Run people run far away!!!!

Just move here in April and my apartment is falling apart they never wanna fix nothing my ac been out never came to fix it and my apartment smell like sewer I got nets n flies they never answer the phone.. dont come here to stay

Apartments are very spacious, front desk manager AISHA handles business when something needs to get done exceptionally "prompt and efficient maintenance staff," "friendly and helpful management," "quiet and respectful neighbors," "spacious and updated units," "great location," "excellent amenities," and "overall positive living experience.

I’ve been living in Abby Ridge for 22 years now and to be honest The way they have been there for me . I can’t complain & I can’t leave! ! ! (I LOVE Abby Ridge!) I will always have love for every single manger and maintenanc that have ever worked there from 2003-( Ms.Veronica ) till now !! ( Alexis&Aisha thanks for everything ❣️)
