Abbotts Run Apartments

Abbotts Run is truly an exceptional apartment complex. I lived there for about a year and I loved it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and came with granite counter tops. The amenities were great, too! Stephanie is absolutely wonderful and she listened to me. Parking was a pain sometimes as was noise above me from neighbors late at night, but Stephanie definitely handled any perturbation I had with ease and graciousness. I felt safe there and the complex is gorgeous. Maintenance responded to requests very quickly and they were like family. They really took care of me there. I really hope that I have the chance to live there again if it comes to that. :) Thanks, Stephanie! You rock!

Stephanie, Abby, and the rest of the team at Abbots Run are incredible and so easy to work with. They do a great job at keeping the property clean and welcoming for residents and guests. 10/10 recommend!

I wish I had a better review to give. This is my first apartment that's not student living, arranged on short notice. I wish I had been able to tour the specific unit before signing the lease. When I first moved in, my unit reeked of stale cigarettes. Whoever cleaned it had done a less than surface-level cleaning, with every surface still having a film of something brown. Fortunately, the office staff is very friendly. They offered to clean the vents and run an ozone machine, which helped at first but the smell eventually came back. Now, I've become nose blind to the smell in the apartment, but have smelled it on my clothes on occasion. I can't help but wonder if I'm smelling musty whenever I'm out in public. I've lived here for several months and I am exceptionally happy with the complex. They are extremely helpful, kind, accommodating, and they've helped me during some difficult times. They are very quick to fix things when you put in a maintenance request, it is very clean, and I've never had an issue with pests or bugs in my apartment. The water is very clean and the shower is hot, the appliances are always working properly so I know that they are well-maintained here. Overall, I have never had any issues and the perturbations I do have are very quickly resolved. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a safe, accommodating complex. Thank you!

Lived here for a year with a pet and it was great! Great neighborhood to walk in at all hours of the day. My job sometimes had me taking my dog on walks at midnight or 2 am in the morning and the patrol that they’ve had since I moved in went a long way into making me feel safe! No pest issues either as pest control is in our units regularly! Maintenance is quick and polite. I would definitely live here longer if I wasn’t in need of more space! Management is also great at keeping residents up to date on anything happening in the community ahead of time. Great location near grocery, gas, and food!
