The management is not on site. They don't care about the premises. Inside or out. The walls are filthy and the trash cans, which is about 5 and a longer one, stay full so they put trash on the outside. I am not from Indiana and was not aware of how this place actually is. Pics are deceiving!

The maintenance line answering lady Julie is so unprofessional. She needs to be fired asap!! She has a nasty attitude and says she's putting work orders in but never does. She gets real snappy and hangs up on you after telling you lies and that there is no one else to talk to and you can't leave a message. I haven't been able to cook for 3 days This is ridiculous

I had a great experience staying in this complex!!!

Apts are clean, and affordable. Total electric, all hardwood floors. No dishwasher or w/D hookup but there laundry facilities in each building. Management is nice and helpful. Low security deposits and works with a bruised credit/rental rating.
