Office staff very polite and accommodating. Very quiet area/neighbors. Maintenance requests are usually handled the same day. Trash issue but that's because of the residents and city not coming out on scheduled days. Great place to live!

Wow! Where do I begin?! From the time I moved in last year I've had nothing but problems. I originally signed my lease at the end of June 2022 ( at $885 and was told it goes up $50 every year) and put my deposit down for apt n17 and was told they'll contact me within the next week to move in.. well 3 weeks goes by and not a word so I reached out and finally the 3rd time I reached out I got a response only to find out they gave my apartment away to "someone who needed to move in sooner." EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PUT MY DEPOSIT DOWN! I was told I would be able to move into the next avaliable apartment in the beginning of August but again that was pushed off because they needed to "clean it." I’ve only been a resident here for 6 days but the whole experience of working with Ashley and Natalie has been wonderful and a blessing! The community is quiet and everyone is very nice. I had a little issue with an outlet after I moved in, maintenance was very prompt to come and take a look at it for me. The maintenance guys are also very friendly. So far, so good! I am very grateful to have found abbey lake apartments. :)

We lived in the brick building part of Abbey Lake Apartments for 7 years. Ashley, Ben, and the rest of the staff are absolutely fantastic and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The maintenance workers were efficient with repairs when notified. We were always given well in advance notices of changes in payment system, pest control, management, parking lots being repainted, fire alarm inspections...etc so we were never left with any questions unanswered. You will find neighbors with dogs and cats as this place is welcoming to your furry additions. Being conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and parks I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to rent in the Thomasville area!

My wife and I are resident at Abbey Lake Apartment. We been here for 2 years now and we love it. Ashley is the Manager out here and she and her team are awesome. Whenever something needs fix they are right there to fix it. They all are really nice and sweet people. I do recommend Abbey Lake to everyone looking for some where to live. Thank you Ashley.
