Abbey Court Apartments

We are excited to start our new Chapter at Abbey Court Apartments! The Lady's in the office have been the Absolute Best and have gone Above and Beyond to make sure our every question and need has been met! They are on top of things! We just know that our time spent at our new home with be nothing short of spectacular!!!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Abbey Court Apartments and speaking with Hannah Goldman, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. While I haven’t rented here (yet!), Hannah has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She’s been extremely professional, with strong communication every step of the way — and just as importantly, she’s also been so kind and friendly. Her entire team was just as wonderful — every staff member I interacted with was helpful, welcoming, and kind. The building itself was also very impressive — everything looked clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. Definitely a place worth considering if you’re looking for a new home!

We have lived here since June 2023. The staff are so nice, helpful, and personable. Pets are welcomed to visit the leasing office to be spoiled. There are 250 units, 2 laundry facilities, and washer/dryer rental is available if the apartment has the necessary hook-up. 1-3 bedroom apartments are available. We chose a 2 bedroom and 2 bath, turning the larger bedroom into a work/art studio. There is plenty of room for storage, if it's not enough for you, there is a storage unit facility down the street. Scheduling a tour is a great start as you can ask questions and visit some of the possibilities while envisioning your future. There IS a pool and I find the perfect temp, for me cause I'm always cold, to be in August. Just behind the pool is some playground equipment if swimming isn't quite

I've been living here for almost 4 months now and it's been pretty much a train wreck. When I moved in with my boyfriend they kept pushing back our move in date because the previous tenant completely destroyed the apartment. This could've been avoided if they had checked a month before the status of the conditions of the apartment. When we finally moved in the bathroom wasn't finished and the walls were wide open which allowed mold growth, roaches, spiders, and water bugs in. We also did not have a dryer vent, a vent for the ac, no dishwasher and the oven was in terrible condition. Most of the problems got fixed but the bathroom is still in shambles because some temp maintenance people came in and did a terrible job on the walls and now it looks even worse. I toured Abbey Court with my roommate, and Aliyah was absolutely spectacular! She was sweet, funny, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. She answered all our questions with patience and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re considering Abbey Court, I highly recommend working with Aliyah, she’s the best!
