Khalil was a lifesaver in our apartment search! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect place. What really stood out was how informative he was throughout the entire process we felt like we were in good hands. Plus, we managed to get a great deal! Excellent customer service all around.

I visited this complex & loved everything about it! From being greeted by the leasing staff, to the upkeep of the community, the amenities, etc. was a 10/10. Shaquilla did my tour & she was very welcoming, down to earth, and answered all my questions. She even allowed me to use the club house as a quiet space to do my application, which was a plus. I really liked the location and the units showed during the tour. Complimentary snacks were offered & I felt very at ease while visiting the complex!

I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing process at this property. During a recent Look & Lease promotion offering a $1,000 incentive, I attempted multiple times to submit my application within the promotional window. Unfortunately, the apartment complex’s online application system repeatedly malfunctioned and would not allow the payment and submission to go through. I immediately contacted the leasing office to report the issue. From that point forward, I spoke with several staff members who all told me the situation had been referred to the property manager and that she would follow up with me. I waited for a response while the Look & Lease promotional window was still active, but no one contacted me. The property manager did not return my call for nearly a week — well a

Love the energy and the customer service of the front office. Both reps are friendly and very accommodating. Ive been there multiple days to view the property and the different layouts. They Answered all my questions and help menarrow down my decision. The community is very secluded and quiet which I love.

I have lived at Abberly Liberty Crossing for two years now and I highly recommend it. The management has always been excellent, and the new team that took over a few months ago has been just as great, if not better! They have made the experience of living here wonderful. If you are looking for a new home in Charlotte, you should definitely move here!"
