Renter's and Buyer's BEWARE! This is thee ABSOLUTE WORST and most unprofessional company that I've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself the favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE. ABBA Realty and ALL of their associates are ABSOLUTE TRASH. THEE WORST!! Reporting them to the BBB now. Don't say someone didn't warn you 😉.

Daniel at ABBA Real Estate was more than helpful in helping me find an apartment, He was honest, upfront, and able to find a great apartment that fit my price range! He was communicative and easy to reach to answer all of my questions at all times. The entire process from finding the right spot to signing a lease/keys in hand was under 2 weeks, really seamless process. He made he nightmare of finding an Apartment in NYC a breeze! Renee Weiss is an awful agent. I messaged her yesterday morning (the day the listing went up) about viewing a listing she has for rent on Avenue C and she ignored my message. Today, I sent her a text in hopes she’d actually respond and sure enough she did but told me she’d already taken a deposit on the apartment and was no longer showing it. When I expressed my frustration that the listing had only been up for 1 day and she’d ignored my message - she told me she doesn’t have time to respond to all messages. It’s unacceptable for an agent to act this way, one that purposely does not respond to all listing inquiries.

I recently worked with Dan to secure my apartment in Brooklyn. Not only was he very professional but he walked me through the entire application process since it was done online. I’m not very tech savvy but with his assistance he made it a breeze. Dan assisted me with any questions I had regarding the management company and the apartment. Even though it’s difficult to get him on the phone because he seems very busy he promptly responded to my text messages anytime I reached out. I’ve worked with several New York City brokers in the past few years and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve had.
