I loved living here and for so many reasons. For starters, hands down on the maintenance team and Darren. He is extremely professional and handles work orders promptly. One of the best reasons to live here. The remaining staff Bianca is extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure touring this complex. Stephanie is another staff who is professional, friendly, great assistance with any questions, attentive and such a great overall staff.

I’ve had a great experience living at Abacus West Apartments in San Antonio. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes everyday life much easier. I especially want to recognize Stephanie, who has been absolutely amazing. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From move-in to any questions or concerns, she has made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service truly stands out and makes you feel valued as a resident. Overall, I highly recommend Abacus West Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. I used to live at Abacus Alamo ranch and I switched over here since I have my bestfriend live with me and this place is amazing!! Maintenance is perfect and super quick to get everything done super fast and very understanding. The pool is beautiful and the gym is HUGE! I love the gym and the fullbody mirrors are perfect! I love the lights for the closets and my neighbors are very sweet and friendly/quiet. Thank you guys so much for all that you do. 🙏

Front office staff is very helpful, attentive and friendly. They have amazing patience with new tenants. I am soo grateful for their help and assistance. I am glad to become a tenant at this apartment. Thank you for your amazing customer service. You all are greatly appreciated.

We absolutely love it at Abacus—both of us have said to each other multiple times “this is the best place we’ve ever lived”. We both feel so safe in this community and love the space that the apartment offers, and the convenient updated appliances, yard, pool, gym, dog park…the list goes on! If you’re scared of roaches, this is the place for you cause I haven’t seen a single roach since living here. Maintenance is very fast and thorough, and all the apartment staff know us by name.
