Jeff Surowka at Abacus Properties has been an absolute blessing to my husband and me. I inherited a broken down apartment in Brooklyn. We live out of state. Jeff helped us find a local contractor and gave us a ton of input about a to-the-studs renovation. He helped create a gorgeous apartment that would be exactly what buyers are looking for.
