Aaron Property Management

Good people to rent from. Stern but very fair. Im a single father and I feel completely safe having my child here because I know the manager doesn't put up with nonsense. The units are clean and well maintained so are the common areas.

The staff at Aaron properties is exceptional my stove broke this week and the staff really pulled together in a timely manner to make sure that it was either fixed or I got a replacement they worked so hard and they are so kind and diligent in their response time and everything it's very rare these days to find help like that and these people are exceptional

I would give them 100 stars if I could! I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a new place. Renting from them has been great, the owners are great people. They come immediately anytime there is an issue. I had a hot water heater go out and had a new one the next day. Their places are well maintained as well.

I've lived in the 617 S Campbell Apartments run by Aaron Properties for 11ish years. here are my pros : I've never had them take more than a couple of hours for phil the manager to respond back if I leave a message. Its never taken more than 48 hours for him or his workers to come to the apartment to see what needs fixed. They have replaced my hot water heater (not my fault), replaced my garbage disposal (absolutely my fault....ooops), and fixed some pipes in my shower, they've had to fix both air and heat at different times. All the times they've come they haven't acted like I'm a burden or annoying for asking them to fix something like at my last apartment, they've been polite and friendly but not invasive a real tight line to walk as an apartment manager I'm sure and Phil is good at i

Overall My experiences at this property have been satisfactory. It's not the greatest part of town but I knew that going into it, but the price is reasonable which makes up for that. Management In my experience seem very well organized and seem to care about their properties. I haven't had any major problems I've needed to repair thus far so I'm not sure how prompt to getting things fixed they are but I feel like they would do a good job and be very quick to respond. The only real complaint I have is the driveway and parking area is extremely rough and full of pot holes and its very hard on my vehicle. But besides that I have nothing but nice words to say about the property and their management and I appreciate the opportunity to stay there.
