Aaron was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire home buying experience. He negotiated on my behalf and I was able to purchase my condo for less than the listed price. He also negotiated with the seller for credit given that there were some features of the condo that needed to be upgraded to comply with code. He laid out a full schedule of important dates from the start of the process and followed up with me regularly so I could keep up with the important deadlines.
