I reached out to Emmanuel multiple times over a week before trying to schedule a showing for the unit, especially after my initial messages on Zillow were ignored. I flew in from out of state to view the unit. When I called him, he confirmed there were no applications submitted and promised to follow up the same day with a showing time—he never did. I had to call him again, only to be told the owner had accepted another application, though he offered to reschedule for another day. Unfortunately, I had a return flight and couldn’t accommodate that. I made considerable effort and incurred significant costs to view this unit, but Emmanuel’s lack of professionalism resulted in a frustrating and wasted experience. The unit is still listed as available on Zillow, which makes me feel like I was

Rude and unprofessional. Called Emmanuel on Wednesday and made an appointment to see a property on that Friday. Get to the property and he is a no-show. I call him and he tells me extremely quickly the property was already rented and then goes to hang up on me!!! No communication whatsoever to let me know. Very dismissive and unprofessional!

Our agent Emmanuel was very accommodating and made our home purchase a very pleasant experience.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with him for awhile now and I’ve been completely ignored. I find it very unprofessional.
