I would not recommend for a home appraisel. She never went in the attic, never walked the perimeter of the home. I have a 3 bedroom she comped it against 4 bedroom homes in a development several miles away. A waste of money!!!
10% below 2 other appraisers as part of relocation process, would not recommend spending money for either buyer or seller.
