Bryan was outstanding and I'll definitely use him again! Bryan did all the things that I want from an inspector. He answered the phone when I called, he was quick to setup an appointment and then schedule it with the seller and confirm with me and my client. He showed up on time and then performed a very thorough inspection. Then he went above and beyond by taking the time to go over the report with myself and my clients in a way that is not scary. On top of that, we received the report summary immediately and the full report the very next morning.
