My husband and I are first time home buyers and Ray was so sweet and very informative when I reached out to him to do our inspection. He was willing to answer all of my questions and he asked follow-up questions to get to know us. During the inspections, he would chit chat and answer questions about anything he found. After the inspections, I reached out to him (via text) with questions from our agent. He answered the text and provided the needed info within the hour. At the suggestion of our Realtor, we contracted with A-Pro to complete an independent inspection of our newly built home prior to closing. Bob (our inspector) was prompt, friendly and courteous. His inspection was thorough and time appropriate (he didn’t hurry), and he offered insights and suggestions along the way. He covered his preliminary report with us before leaving, and we had the completed report the next day. Bob’s thoroughness, honesty and openness has provided us with an extra level of confidence in the quality of our new home. He also suggested a revisit in about a year for a check up, which we thought was a great idea.
