We hired Tony based on a recommendaiton from our realtor. Tony was prompt to the site, explained things clearly to us immediately after, and provided the reports in a timely manner. He was professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. However, we felt like there was no value in this service. We paid extra for a mold sample test, which came back positive. In order to get any quotes to see the scale of work - we had to have a report with a protocol report. Tony could not write us a protocol, so we had to pay an additional fee (which included the same mold air test). Essentially, we paid the same fee twice for two separate mold reports. It was our ignorance, but as first time home buyers we wish Tony would of encouraged us to do mold testing elsewhere seeing that his service really did not p

Tony is amazing! He was very thorough and was very easy to work with. He took care of coordinating the septic inspector, the water system, and termite inspection, he took care of everything. He made it easy and convenient for me. I'm grateful that I used him and his company.
