The biggest mistake I ever made. I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They missed my furnace being under water at one time and hence, my furnace for my all gas house was condemed by Spire. Derek missed code violations in my basement, missed my rear door glass fractured prior to me moving in, and missed my roof which actually was not finished prior to me buying the house. This company is a joke and Derek did a very poor, sub par job. Derek's excuse was that he was looking at 500 things at once and that I broke my own door. I ended up having to replace my entire furnace and return air duct due to water damage that Derek missed, pay to get the basement up to code, pay for a new rear door, and pay to have the rest of my roof fixed where shingles were missing. Terrible customer service

Derek was professional and he did a very good job.
