Very happy with their services. Katie has managed my property for many years. She has always been professional and answered all questions she has helped facilitate new tenants and her co worker Evan is great with maintenance he will notify me with any issues and get the job done right away. The office staff is great too! I am very happy with their services. I will always use this company for any of my properties. They seem to really care about their owners and properties.

So I've rented under their management for nearly a year—they handle all of my needs or problems, (which I honestly gotta take responsibility for mostly) with speed, care, and understanding. Quick responses every time. Moved in to a spotless, perfectly set-up place, ideal even if arriving with nothing. They also are super friendly and it's nice to feel like you have a team not just a "realty" or Rental agency but genuine people you can tell care. Highly recommend! Today maintenance really came through for me but I appreciate every person that works here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been deeply troubling and has resulted in significant financial and operational harm to our estate. What should have been a simple and transparent property-management relationship became a months-long nightmare filled with accounting discrepancies, withheld funds, failure to provide required ledgers, and complete disregard for both the owner’s and the tenant’s rights. The company repeatedly failed to deliver accurate records, withheld rental payments without lawful basis, charged unauthorized fees under an unenforceable agreement, and ignored multiple formal requests for documentation. Disgusting and poor service! I wish my brother had checked the reviews of this company before he entered a rental agreement with them - sight-unseen! He and his family moved down from Virginia. We all arrived Thursday 1:30 am to find the yard uncut - over 2' high and full of fire ants (of which my brother is highly allergic). We opened the house to the smell of dog urine - half of the family has asthma and a rescue inhaler had to be used by half the family, including myself. We were tired from the road and went out to Wal-Mart real quick to buy Febreeze, thinking the smell would go away. It did not!
