My family n I moved to Bradley Crossing Brown deer ,Wisconsin around 3/24 to 11/24 we ended up moving because a guy that lived in our building started stalking my daughter and tryed to enter my apartment he followed her n tryed open my door my ring door bell caught him by the door. I reported it to brown deer police and Bradley office manager Medear ,Renee it fell on deaf ears .After reporting this situation the first time he tryed coming back second time so we called the brown deer police again it got so bad my daughter ended up getting 2 years restraining order out him .I checked this guy back ground and found he had sexual assault someone in the pass and I contacted the office about it .We ended up moving out so we can feel safe again because this company didn’t care about what happene

I live in one of their apartments and because it’s public housing we’re treated like we don’t matter. There’s no management whatsoever and they are always having the maintenance person do their dirty work. No notice is given when the water is being shut off or the elevator is not working. The other building that they have here is getting new windows while the windows in the building that I live in don’t work properly. Instead of fixing the AC on the roof they put a new roof on, which is what the last management company did 7 years ago for the same problem. Management keeps threatening my Uncle with eviction even tho he pays on time, keeps to himself and doesn't cause trouble. He's on HUD assistance and has to bend over backwards for inspections and he does. But because he didn't get a letter management supposedly left under his door he slept thru one. HE'S 76! He didn't get up 6am anyhow he did that for 50 years now he gets up at noon. That manager threatened him 6 times in the last week with eviction over this 1 incident . I lived at the 5th Ave Lofts, located downtown Kenosha Wisconsin for 15 months. The first week I was living there, I went without AC, blinds on the balcony sliding glass door for 2 months and without a working doorbell for 7 months, causing me to go down to the lobby from the 4th floor every time I had a visitor, also preventing me from being able to give Emergency Response access if needed. Frequent false fire alarms in the winter, causing people to stand out in the cold until each unit was cleared, disgusting elevators and stairways, smelling like dog urine with stains everywhere. I love the layout of my apartment! The new manager Liz, however, is extremely rude and falsely documents we received notices. There have been several times she put a notice under our door (inspections n whatnot) that are titled "Second notice" when in reality it's the first time we ever saw it. She has a HORRIBLE attitude and I'm not renewing my lease for that very reason.
