Please, please, please don't move here. I can't wait to get out of here. The only thing keeping me here is the money involved in breaking the lease. When I first moved in, the dishwasher smelled so bad you could smell it through the entire space. The water bills are triple what I paid in a 4 bedroom house with 4 roommates. Try $74. The fridge is positioned where you can't really clean the entire inside because you can't get the drawers out. I reached out to the office because I was having a hard time paying my rent through the updated rental app. Instead of helping me, I was accused of trying to avoid a late fee. I had the pleasure of living here for 3 years in the building with lofts. Honest true review , these apartments are beautiful. Upgraded appliances and if anything ever broke it’s was quickly replaced or fixed so shout out to Manny and the maintenance team! Finding amazing, nice and understanding office staff at apartments are rare, we all know this. However I never had a problem with anyone in the office. They handled anything I needed to the very best of their ability. Jessica I have known the entire time I’ve stayed there and is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is very kind and approachable. It's not the worst place to live, hence the three stars. I still don't recommend this as your first choice. The main issue is the lack of parking. There are very few available spaces, just barely enough for one car per unit. The units have garages but many people store anything but their cars inside their garage, and instead park on the street which the leasing office constantly says not to do but does nothing about it. This means the chance someone is blocking you from getting in or out is rather high. I asked the leasing office about this and their solution is for your guests to park on the opposite side of the complex so they have to hike half a mile to get to your unit. June 2025: Jessica and the admin ladies at the front leasing office, are great at communicating when I call or come in person to check on the status of my maintenance requests. Maintenance team are quick at fixing maintenance requests (especially AC issues), usually within 24 hours or the following business day. Thank you Ricardo for fixing the A/C. I still enjoy living here, and the addition of the garage is nice because you don't have to park your vehicle outside in the crazy 100+ degrees summer weather.
