9900 on Memorial Apartments

We’re a moving company and have helped several clients move into 9900 Memorial, and Tammy is always great to work with. This place is the worst placed I've lived in with my 8+ years of renters history. To compare, I've had my pipes flood a previous apartment that caused me to vacate in the middle of my lease. So trust me, it sucks here. I have debated writing this review for a while but truthfully, ya'll need to know what you're getting into. I lived here for a year and knew within my first month, that I would not be renewing. If you care about your sanity, health, and money... this is not the place. They call these "luxury" apartments but this is far from it. 1.) When I moved in they had to re-board the bottom of the bathroom sink because it had been completely destroyed and looked rotten from previous water damage. 2.) I had them come in 2x for my garbage disposal that stopped working and on the third v

This apartment complex is absolutely horrific. I lived here from 2022 - 2025. At first glance you think this place is quant and for about a year or so it was however. The management has no interest in caring for the property or ensuring the safety of its community. During my stay here, I lost over 25k worth of damages to two different vehicles due to increased crime and lack of oversight by management who were aware of security guards on staff constantly on drugs or having relations with people in the complex while on duty. My first car was caught on fire among parts of the complex by vandals and upon getting a new car, this vehicle was also vandalized. These occurrences as well as others, including an attempted murder on the complex involving a firearm did not make them to hire better sec

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with the customer service here. Whenever I call the front office, they are always kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is amazing, very efficient and quick with their work. I truly appreciate how the entire team takes the time to check in on me. It means a lot ❤️
