I called the office because I had a few questions. After the lady at the desk put me on hold three times and forgot the information that I had given her. I waited patiently and told her that l I understood. I proceeded to ask my questions then she began to get agitated with me and at the end of the call before I could even say have a nice day, she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional. Also, over this past spring we had to have our faucet replaced because it was leaking water under our kitchen cabinet. This was on a Saturday. They told us we would have to wait until the weekday because it would cost more to send someone out over the weekend. Well in the meantime my husband disconnected the faucet from the kitchen cabinet appropriately. He did this because he does have 5 years experience

Been in one of there studios for over a year and especially when it comes to any type of maintenance they where always above my expectations usually respond the same day to schedule a appointment

I have had a very good experience. They have answered and helped me out very promptly from basic info to processing my documents!Very polite when I have spoken to them.

I'd just like to say that 99 properties has been great to do business with this far. I'll come back later to update. I have been looking to move for about 2 months. There employees have been really nice and professional. The on-site manager of some condos I went to take a look at. Was willing to meet me on her day off. She was very nice. It did take a long time for 99 properties to respond to me after submitting my application. Other then that they have been amazing! I have talked to so many rental agencies and home owners who have all been rude. I highly recommend this company. If I do decide to rent this unit. I'll come back to let you all know how they are as landlords. But so far I have no complaints about ther professionalism. Thank you 99 properties.
