97@ North Oak Apartments

I love living at 97 North Oak the office staff is awesome. The maintenance guys are really good. I had a problem with my patio door within 20 minutes. They were here. They fixed the problem and it’s working properly like it did from the beginning. Thank you so much. I love living here

Excellent place to live. These are newer apartments so they are updated. Everything looks and feels new and clean. The floor plans are very well designed: all the space is utilized efficiently. You get large closets, appropriate size bathrooms, a small area for a washer and dryer, the living room area feels very big. There has been zero issues of crime that I am aware of. The other residents are friendly or for the most part just keep to themselves and bother no one. The rent is Expensive which is the biggest con. Maintenance is responsive and always around which is an added benefit as they serve as additional security. Some of the maintenance crew lives on site so they get to know the residents and it gives you an added sense of security as they are always running around the complex. I

They helped me after I was a new renter from a long time owner. They were very helpful in navigating my new life. I love my space. Maintenance is great. Office is great. Groundskeeping is great. And I’m sure all those would be a tough job. ~Lisa

I really like my new home. The ladies in the office, Jen and not sure of the other lady's name, they are both great to work with. Jen has been very helpful with anything I needed when I was moving in. Very large bedroom and walk in closet. Maintenance is very quick to respond and they keep the property nice. My only issue has been parking. I pay for a garage, but don't have a driveway in front of my garage for parking. I hope to be able to meet some neighbors as time goes on. This has been a huge change for me moving from a home to an apartment. The loft apartments don't feel like apartments, more like a townhouse, so that's really nice. The location is great.

Spacious apartments with big closets and a nice kitchen/pantry. Maintenance is quick and the location is very convenient. Appliances could use an update. The pool can get rowdy during the summer, but management responds fast to disturbances. A key fob system for the pool gate would make it even better to keep unwanted guests out. Overall, a great place to live!
