Terrible. We've had so many issues with our apartment - the door knob keeps getting loose, sinks and ceilings leaking, they don't turn on the heat nearly enough in the winter, the hot water runs out several times in the winter...and the super is great but he's constantly so busy that it's hard to get a hold of him. The building hallway often stinks, garbage piles up, and there's no way for packages to be secured in the building so many people have gotten their packages stolen. Just awful.

I sued them and won $850,000+ for the toxins from this building poisoning my son. I see from other 1.5 rating reviews nothing has changed about these demonic building people
