I am giving a 1-star review due to ongoing issues with my hot water heater that still have not been resolved. I moved into my unit about a month ago, and despite submitting multiple service requests, the problem remains. I was informed that the property may not have a full maintenance staff and that some work is contracted out. Given the time of year, I expected a greater sense of urgency, but unfortunately that has not been the case. The staff themselves are friendly, and Melvin in particular is usually great about returning emails. However, follow-up on emails has been inconsistent, and phone calls often go unanswered. Mamadi gave me a tour of a studio apartment and was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. He explained all the details thoroughly and answered my questions clearly. I really appreciated his time and assistance.

Even though I arrived to my appointment to tour an hour early Mamadi welcomed me with open arms and gave me a full tour without rushing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me answered all my questions and concerns. The property itself was very nice and well kept considering the old reviews and pictures. I didn’t get to see the A1 Fest in person but Mamadi did provide a video for me to see. I definitely love the layout but the high ceiling windows and the big balcony view of downtown is what sold me! As of now this place is at the top of my list!

Mamadi was very resourceful and knowledgeable about the property. I have never had such an amazing tour. I was able to see the entire property and have all my questions answered. He was also very personable and allowed me to take my time viewing the property. He is very efficient and had all information readily available.

Living here is like being stuck in a 4 AM nightclub — the parties happen with clockwork regularity. But the fun doesn’t stop there: after the music finally dies down, the hallways turn into public restrooms. Yes, urine in the corridors, complete with the smell that lingers for hours. If you love involuntary raves and eau de nightclub bathroom, this place is a perfect match. For anyone else, good luck getting sleep…or breathing.
