900 West Apartments and Townhomes

These 1995 Townhomes are spacious, with two floors, and ample headroom, parking, and garage options. Families live here, and the children are wonderful. Management renovates each unit before putting back on the market. Front office staff is on point. Maintenance response times and professionalism could not be better. Security is fair and any crime is minimal (some cars were rummaged overnight once about 3 years ago). Only three complaints: 1. Only ONE method for lease payment is accepted (an online pay portal) with an added processing fee. 2. The HVAC heating fails to keep the 1st floor above 62 f when outside is below freezing (poor insulation). 3. Water, sewage, and trash services were originally included in the lease terms, but then fees for those services were added to the lease renew

Well the actual apartment lacks luster old carpet and furnishings,(has that landlord special) rent is around 1k-1.6k for a 2-3 bedroom has popcorn ceilings and I saw a sticker on the cabinet that says the cabinets were put in in 1989! but you can do some apartment friendly renovations to get it IG/TikTok worthy. The outside appearance is great. The maintenance men are probably the best part about living in this community. The neighbors are quiet 7/10. The crime is about 9/10. A lot of children live in the community and play outside often. The leasing office personnel are basic and the customer service is 1/10. But overall if you want somewhere to live until you move into your forever home this should work for you. Definitely not somewhere to stay longer than 1-3 years but it does the job.

In my own experience of this new apartments I feel very cozy and relaxed day and night. Being moved during hurricane season and hour storms the home was very much quiet and peaceful. Clean floors and appliances. Bathe time with puppy so easy with technology and finished bathroom. Overall , great clean conditions responsible maintenance. And respect landlord ! 10/10.

Another ILLEGEAL INCIDENT WITH THE ENTIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT AT 900 west 3/17/2024 at 1:39 am & A OLD LADY GOT ROBBED BY SOME TEENS THAT LIVED IN THE COMPLEX AND I COULDNT GET IN MY APARTMENT BECAUSE THE POLICE BLOCKED IT OFF FOR 4 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👀 I really need a refund because this the worst living situation I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And rent is 1350 after all the fees WAY TO HIGH FOR THESE MID TOWNHOMES in MICHIGAN! It looks nice on the outside not all units are a full remodeled so only inquire about units that are full remodel not renovation! FULLY REMODELED ONLY! OR THEY WILL PUT YOU IN A UNIT THAT COST 1200 THAT HASNT BEEN UPDATED SINCE 1995!!!!!! & they offer section 8 and LOW INCOME Units. The
