I’ve had ongoing issues with my apartment, especially the windows letting in cold air and the AC not functioning properly. Because of this, the unit has been extremely inefficient in regulating temperature, which resulted in an outrageous electricity bill of $760 for a 2-bedroom apartment. This is completely unacceptable and points to serious maintenance and insulation problems. I reported these issues multiple times, but management failed to take effective action or resolve them in a timely manner, leaving tenants to deal with the consequences. I would not recommend this place unless these problems are properly addressed.

This apartment management team deserves an Olympic gold medal in acting friendly while trying to get you to sign the lease, because once you’re in, their customer service drops off a cliff. Need help with anything? Email them — and enjoy the silence. Follow up again — more silence. Show up at the office? They’re “OOO,” which is fascinating because I had an appointment with them. Honestly, at this point I'm convinced no one here actually works; they just rotate who gets to pretend. And the best part? Whenever you do manage to reach someone, they immediately redirect you to someone else. That person then sends you to someone else. Highly recommend Arianna from the leasing office she and her team were very helpful during the signing and moving process. We love the building, management and front desk staff have been responsive and great so far.

Delightful leasing/move-in process with Lucia in the leasing office. I had to tour, sign, and move-in in less than a week due to a critical issue elsewhere I signed, but Lucia helped make it happen. Overall very pleased with the apartment layout, quality, and amenities so far. PATH station is literally right in front of the apartment, so location-wise it's the best for frequent Manhattan commuters. Would 10/10 recommend!
