It was nice living here, very close to Downtown and food stuff. Right on Roosevelt for first fridays. Sure there is homeless outside but where isn't there in Phoenix? Nice 2 car garage for parking. Lots of space for the price per month. I ended up moving due to employment change otherwise I probably would've stayed.

I don’t live there. I am a neighbor who has lived here for 20+ years. We were very happy to see that lot developed into housing. At the time, Sam Green (I believe he owned the lot) and I discussed putting a community garden there as well . But I’m not sure why it is… I have tried to engage or say hello or wave to people in that complex and not have not crossed paths with one friendly person that will even acknowledge or wave or say hello when I walk down Roosevelt. (I even try to clean up the trash in front of the bus stop but I’m just about done being a friendly neighbor. ) ..

Immaculate and well designed living community by maximizing the architecture's spacing and use of the vertical. Residents seem to be a respectful group who take care of their surroundings, and the result is that it makes the whole place feel like home.

The homeless jump the gate looking for packages to steal. They really need security.

Maintenance around the complex could be better .. don't get a view over the alley..
